Our Story starts in 1956 when Tom and Mary Donovan came to Brevard county from South Florida to take advantage of the growing Brevard housing industry. Their son Michael joined them as a home builder in the 1970's and in the 80's began Casablanca Realty with his sister.  In the 1990's Michael included wife Kitty, who's family was also Realtors from NC and TN. Now operated by their daughters Kelly and Cayce Donovan, we can proudly call ourselves 4th generation Realtors and Brevard County natives.
